TULPAR ACADEMIC PUBLISHING
TULPAR Academic Publishing is an international scholarly publishing group with a portfolio of both double-blind peer-reviewed and open access journals and books spanning a range of academic disciplines related to engineering science. This publishing company was founded in 2014 for the purpose of challenging to the scholarly articles and books. TULPAR Academic Publishing is named after a winged horse of Altai mythology. In 2015, TULPAR Academic Publishing got started to publish the first English-language journal, Challenge Journal of Structural Mechanics. Afterwards, it included numerous journals and online citation database. In the first year, also a web-shop service was established for all journals. The founders of all the journals within the TULPAR Academic Publishing Group are from the same field of research interest having Ph.D. degrees and working at universities. Journals under the TULPAR Academic Publishing title maintain the highest standards of double-blind peer-review, with internationally-recognized editors. Journals within the TULPAR Academic Publishing Group definitely agree with the essential matters such as timeliness of publication, full text of English, ethical evaluation process, international diversity among the journal’s contributing authors, editors, and editorial advisory board members.
TULPAR Academic Publishing has completed the agreement with Crossref. DOIs are being assigned to the published articles in Challenge Journal of Structural Mechanics and Challenge Journal of Concrete Research Letters. Furthermore, more journals are incoming within our publishing group. We kindly ask you to recommend Challenge Journals to your colleagues and encourage them to submit their high quality papers to the journals.
14th International Congress on Fracture (ICF14) to be held in the island of Rhodes, Greece, June 18-23, 2017. ICF is organized under the auspices of the International Congress on Fracture – The World Academy of Structural Integrity (ICF-WASI). ICF14 will focus in all aspects of structural integrity with the objective of improving the safety and performance of engineering structures, components, systems and their associated materials. ICF14 will include two main tracks devoted to failure analysis of engineering materials and structures, and nanomaterials and nanostructures (MEMS and NEMS). Other topics include failure of biological and geotechnical materials, earthquakes and electronic packaging. ICF14 will comprise of invited lectures by eminent academics from around the world together with contributed oral and poster presentations covering all aspect of fracture and fatigue. During the conference special symposia covering major areas of research activity organized by members of the Scientific Advisory Board will take place.
Papers presented in ICF14 which are focused on structural mechanics studies, will be considered for publication in Challenge Journal of Structural Mechanics. Authors may submit their full length papers via online submission system or send to firstname.lastname@example.org via e-mail. Regarding to the count and the diversity of the studies, papers will be published in a special issue or in the regular issues in an appropriate calendar.
* In case authors wish to submit their papers via online submission system, please select “ICF14” as the Journal Section from the drop-down menu.
